Cookie policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains how thepowerofselfdoubt.com uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage. It sits alongside our privacy policy. The site is run by Tobin Capital Limited (company number 12557981), 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
1. Your choices
Essential storage is always on, because the site can’t work without it. Everything else (analytics and marketing) is off until you say yes. Saying no won’t affect the quiz, your results or the pre-order bonuses.
You can change your mind at any time:
You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you do, we’ll ask for your choices again, and any quiz progress saved on that device will be cleared.
2. Essential
These keep the site working. We don’t need your consent for them.
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sdp-v2 (local storage) | This site | Remembers your quiz progress, answers, results history and whether you’ve claimed your bonuses | Until you clear it |
tposd-consent (local storage) | This site | Remembers your cookie choices | Until you clear it or we ask again |
tposd-rvl, tposd-justunl (local storage) | This site | Remembers that you’ve already seen your results reveal and the Vault unlock, so they don’t replay | Until you clear it |
_ms-mid, ms_session_id, ms_groups | Memberstack | Keeps you logged in if you create an account to save your results | Until you log out, or your session expires |
| Bot check (no cookie set on this site) | Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot | For that visit |
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us see which pages and quiz steps people use, so we can improve the site. We don’t use them to identify you.
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
intellimize_* (local storage) | Webflow Analyze | Counts visits, pages viewed, clicks and quiz steps | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells one visitor apart from another | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your visit | 2 years |
4. Marketing (only with your consent)
These help us measure and improve our ads, and show them to people likely to be interested in the book.
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Measures how our ads perform and helps Meta show them to the right people | 3 months |
_fbc | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Records that you arrived by clicking one of our ads | 3 months |
If we start using another advertising platform, such as LinkedIn, TikTok or Google Ads, we’ll add it here and ask for your consent again before it runs.
5. Other third parties
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies. Links to retailers and social networks take you to their own sites, which have their own cookie policies.
To learn how these providers use data, see the Google privacy policy and the Meta privacy policy.
6. Changes and contact
We’ll update this policy whenever we add or remove a tool, and change the date at the top. Questions? Email admin@thepowerofselfdoubt.com.
