About the author

Luke Tobin

Luke Tobin is a three-time exited founder, multi-award-winning entrepreneur, and a highly sought-after voice on leadership, performance, and self-doubt. He scaled his last business, Digital Ethos, into one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies before leading it to a large multimillion-pound exit, a track record that earned him the Great British Entrepreneur Award in 2020.

He is now the founder of Unusual Group, which acquires minority stakes in marketing agencies, creative firms, and tech companies serving the creative industry. Alongside this, Luke runs Tobin Capital, investing in future-focused ventures across female-led brands, space, sustainability, deep tech, and biotech. He also owns Succeed, an M&A brokerage that helps founders navigate business sales.

Luke’s writing, newsletter, and social content reach tens of millions of people every month, and he has supported thousands of founders through the emotional and strategic weight of scaling and exiting high-value businesses. His work blends lived experience with performance psychology, showing readers how to turn self-doubt into strength, confidence and success.

The Power of Self-Doubt is Luke’s first book: a practical and deeply personal guide to harnessing doubt for anyone ready to grow into who they’re meant to become.
